Schedule : Monday - Friday As a Utility Technician with recall duties at
Norm Reeves Ford , you will be responsible for supporting various aspects of production and quality assurance, with a specific focus on conducting recall inspections of vehicles. In addition to your PDI responsibilities, you will perform routine maintenance services. What You'll Do: Conduct recalls to ensure they meet Ford's quality standards and specifications. Perform visual and functional checks of vehicle components, systems, and features according to established inspection procedures. Identify and document any defects, damages, or issues discovered during the inspection process, and coordinate with appropriate teams for resolution. Carefully performing oil changes, battery checks, topping off fluids Inspecting brake linings and making adjustments if necessary Rotating tires and implementing tire repairs according to vehicle standards Effectively mounting and balancing tires Performing alignment checks Conducting multi-point inspections (121-point inspection) Assisting in various minor services including software updates, key programming, and replacing windshield wipers Performing other duties as needed What You’ll Need: Full time availability. You’ll also need to be at least 18 years old A valid driver’s license and acceptable driving record Experience at an Automotive School or Program Automotive 609 Certificate a plus Prior dealership experience a plus Benefits & Employee Perks Medical, Dental, Vision, and Complimentary Life Insurance
