Under general supervision of the Sales Manager, you will be responsible for maintaining a fully occupied community and strong waiting list assuring high occupancy into the future. The sales team also works closely with our corporate Sales & Marketing Department to create a community specific strategy aligned with company goals and community needs. Requirements
