Leading a dynamic inside sales team, the full-time Inside Sales Supervisor will drive sales performance and enhance customer experience by guiding prospective patients through the onboarding process for the Omnipod system while working remotely. Key responsibilities
Promote and sell Insulet's products to prospective customers through outbound and inbound calls Collaborate with customer operations and field sales teams to convert leads into shipped customers Manage day-to-day operations of the Inside Sales team, serving as the main escalation point for customer inquiries and issues
Required qualifications
Associate's degree 2+ years of experience in an inside sales or contact center environment Ability to work Central Business Hours Proven sales results and strong business acumen Experience with Salesforce system preferred
