To support a growing sales team, the full-time Outbound Sales Representative will engage in targeted prospecting, cold outreach, and relationship building with C-level executives while working remotely. Key responsibilities
Identify and research high-potential companies and decision-makers across the EMEA region to build target lists Proactively initiate contact with prospects through cold calling and tailored email campaigns to establish a robust sales pipeline Engage with key stakeholders to understand their needs and educate them on the benefits of global hiring solutions
Required qualifications
Bachelor's degree in business, finance, or international relations 2-4 years of experience in an outbound sales role with a track record of meeting quotas Proficiency in modern outbound sales strategies, including cold calling and social selling techniques
