Recruit, hire, onboard, and develop a high-performing team of SDRs and SDR Managers across regions Own the global outbound pipeline strategy, designing multi-channel outbound motions tailored to target segments Build and maintain SDR playbooks and establish KPIs to optimize performance and reporting
Required qualifications
5+ years of sales development or inside sales experience, with at least 3 years in a leadership role managing SDR or BDR teams Proven track record building and scaling outbound pipeline at a high-growth B2B SaaS or cybersecurity company Deep understanding of enterprise cloud security or adjacent markets strongly preferred Experience hiring and managing multi-regional teams Data-driven mindset with fluency in pipeline metrics and SDR performance benchmarks
