Duration: Through 6/30/2023 100% Remote As a Data Analyst, you will be empowered to support short and long term operational/strategic business activities; develop, enhance, and maintain operational information and models that will have an impact on business decisions. In this role, you will have the opportunity to contribute to the creation of valuable solutions to improve the health care system. Must have clinical knowledge. Primary Responsibilities: Analyze, review, forecast and trend complex data Support QA process for work of others Conduct ad-hoc client and operational reports developed and presented by others Present analysis and interpretation for operational and business review and planning Support short and long term operational/strategic business activities through analysis Develop and implement effective/strategic solutions through research and analysis of data and business processes. Job Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Health Administration, related field, or equivalent work experience 5+ years of SQL data analysis using SQL Server 2008/2012/2014 or other compatible DBMS (Oracle, DB2, Teradata) 3+ years of experience in business/finance analysis 3+ years of Clinical reporting experience and / or CCD/EMR/HL7 experience Experience gathering and documenting requirements from the client/business Experience with process improvement, workflow, benchmarking and/or evaluation of business processes required Intermediate level of proficiency with PC based software program and automated database management systems required (Excel, Access, PowerPoint) Excellent communication skills (verbal and written) Ability to problem solve, researching conflicting and/or inaccurate data Working knowledge of relational databases, database structures Understanding of the full Systems Development Life Cycle (SDLC) with Agile/Scrum and associated practices Position is needed to support the Clinical Data Mart, specifically the profiling, mapping, POC, and UAT associated with assessing the quality and usability of the data and preparing data which is fit for us by end users.
