To enhance proposal graphics capabilities, the full-time Proposals Creative Design Lead will manage the graphics operating model, build a reusable graphics library, and improve visual storytelling for federal proposals while ensuring compliance and brand alignment. Key responsibilities
Own the proposal graphics operating model, managing the entire process from intake to post-submission improvement Build and govern a searchable, reusable library of graphics, templates, and visual frameworks Improve proposal visual storytelling by partnering with various teams to create persuasive visuals that convey complex ideas
Required qualifications
10+ years of graphic design experience, particularly in federal proposals and presentations Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communications, or a related field; equivalent experience may be considered Advanced proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite, PowerPoint, and Microsoft Office Experience in building or managing reusable design assets and visual standards Demonstrated ability to translate complex concepts into clear visual stories
