Seeking an experienced Public Sector Solutions Architect, the full-time remote role will drive public sector growth by leading complex buying committees, shaping enterprise transformation programs, and aligning platform, services, learning, and workforce outcomes. Key Responsibilities
Engage complex buying committees in the public sector to build executive-level business cases and manage client relationships Influence and shape end-to-end solutions, ensuring alignment between customer outcomes and platform capabilities Act as a market SME on HR tech ecosystems, identifying data considerations that influence skills visibility and analytics
Required Qualifications
10+ years of experience in enterprise solution consulting or transformation-focused roles with complex buying committees Robust experience selling into the US Federal Government and understanding of government processes Strong background in HR tech, skills intelligence, and organizational transformation Experience in instructional design and adult learning principles related to enterprise learning solutions Proven track record of successful consulting engagements with executive-level stakeholders
