Required qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Data Analytics, Business, I/O Psychology, or related field 3-5 years of experience in HR Analytics, workforce analytics, or HRIS reporting Advanced proficiency in Power BI, including data modeling and dashboard design Strong competency in SQL and Excel for data extraction and analysis Exceptional understanding of HR data structures and data validation techniques
