Transforming complex HR data into actionable insights, the full-time remote Senior HR Data Analyst will analyze datasets, develop automated dashboards, and support strategic workforce decisions across the organization. Key responsibilities
Analyze HR datasets to identify trends and provide actionable insights for workforce decisions Translate complex data findings into clear recommendations for HR and business leaders Design and maintain automated Power BI dashboards to deliver impactful insights for stakeholders
Required qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Data Analytics, Business, I/O Psychology, or related field 3-5 years of experience in HR Analytics, workforce analytics, or HRIS reporting Advanced proficiency in Power BI, including data modeling and dashboard design Strong competency in SQL and Excel for data extraction and analysis Exceptional understanding of HR data structures and data validation techniques
