The Opportunity and Role As aresult of growth and expansion in recent years, Sonas Bathrooms is nowrecruiting for an additional Retail Sales Manager to join our team in theGreater Dublin Area. The role is to continuously improve sales across our retail channeland work closely with our Retail Merchant Partners to achieve this. GeneralResponsibilities Undertake any workassigned to you by the Company to the best of your ability. Effectively plan andmanage your workload and time. Approach tasks with acustomer centric mindset. Seek out opportunitiesto improve our processes and services for the Company's long-termbenefit. In your dealings with management,colleagues, customers, and suppliers adhere to the Company's Values: Support Openness New Thinking Ambition Sustainability ResponsibilitiesSpecific to your Role Develop and grow strategic partnerships with theretailers in the bathroom sector across your assigned region. Increase SONAS Bathrooms market share within theretail channel through proactive business development and account management. Research, identify and harvest high potentialopportunities for Sonas Bathrooms within the marketplace. Effectively utilise the SONAS Bathrooms CRMsystem to support opportunity management and pipeline conversion. Maximise the use of company resources, tools andsupport functions to achieve commercial objectives. Promote the product and service solutionsavailable from SONAS Bathrooms to all key marketplace personas. Build distribution and brand call for the SONASBathroom portfolio. Represent the company at selected trade eventsand industry exhibitions to support lead generation and demand creation. Collaborate with internal stakeholders tooptimise forecast accuracy and effective execution. Resolve commercial and operational challenges insupport of both company objectives and the needs of our partners in market. Key SkillsRequired for the Role Strong sales capability with a customer-focusedapproach. Commercial awareness and understanding of corefinancial principles relevant to sales performance. Ability to analyse market data, trends, andinsights to identify growth opportunities Effective presentation and communication skills. Strong relationship and rapport building. Collaborative approach, both internally andexternally. Resilience and adaptability in a target-drivenenvironment Planning and goal delivery Sound decision-making and problem-solvingcapabilities.
