Leading accounting operations across the Americas in a fully remote capacity, the full-time Accounting Manager will manage complex month-end close processes, oversee a team, and drive process improvements while ensuring compliance with U.S. GAAP. Key Responsibilities
Own complex components of the month-end close process and prepare detailed journal entries and reconciliations Manage and develop a team, reviewing their work and providing coaching for professional growth Identify and implement process improvements to enhance accounting operations and documentation Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance (CPA or CPA track preferred) 5-7+ years of relevant accounting experience 1-2+ years of supervisory or team lead experience Strong experience with month-end close and balance sheet reconciliations Solid understanding of U.S. GAAP and financial reporting principles
