What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)
Answer customer questions and requests regarding supplies, services, and troubleshoot first-level technical issues via inbound calls, voicemails, emails, and alerts
Build and maintain excellent customer service while identifying when technical support is needed
Provide clear and concise communication, following up with customers on schedules, leads, and delivery times
Collaborate with the Tier 2 team to efficiently resolve unresolved technical issues
Stay current on process updates and technology used within the organization
What Is Required (Qualifications)
High School Diploma
Reliable internet connection
Experience in a call center environment is a plus
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and basic internet skills
Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to empathize with customers
How To Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
Experience with word processing software, spreadsheet software, order processing systems, and contact management systems
Ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment
Demonstrated professional communication skills with mature judgment and discretion
Capability to navigate through multiple systems efficiently
