Job Purpose: As a Network Administrator , your job purpose will be to be responsible for the day-to-day maintenance of Aspire Health Partners' IT Systems. This position works with the Network Operations Manager on the design, implementation, and upkeep of new technologies. Job Functions
* Install, configure, and maintain Cisco Meraki switches, firewalls, and access points. * Monitor network performance and troubleshoot network issues. * User lifecycle management via Active Directory & Azure Active Directory. * Performs server & network OS & Firmware upgrades. * Implement security measures to protect the network from unauthorized access and attacks. * Provide support to users with complex network and server related issues. * Performs day-to-day maintenance of network servers (backups, administration, and hardware maintenance). * Stay up to date on the latest network technologies and best practices. * Most importantly, all functions must be completed while maintaining high standards of ethical and professional conduct while adhering to agency policies and procedures.
Position qualifications:
* Level II Background clearance
* Acceptable Motor Vehicle Registration driver's license record in accordance with the underwriting guidelines set by Aspire's insurance company as described in the AHP Corporate Transportation Policy 3.9. * Strong knowledge of and experience supporting computer hardware, desktop applications, Windows Desktop/Server OS, iOS, iPadOS, and mobile device management. * 2+ Years of experience in IT/System/Network Administration. * Cisco Meraki experience preferable. * Microsoft 365 suite (e.g., Exchange, SharePoint, Microsoft Teams, and Azure AD). * In-depth knowledge of TCP/IP stack. * Network Design and Implementation. * Highly responsible, self-motivated, and able to work independently with minimal supervision. * Associate or bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, System Administration, Applied Sciences, or a closely related field, in addition to equivalent experience required. * Certifications in Microsoft, CompTIA, or other related vendor certifications are a plus.
