About the Role:As a Physical Therapist Assistant, you will work closely with our Physical Therapy team to design and implement personalized rehabilitation programs for our residents. Your responsibilities will include:
- Assisting physical therapists in the development and implementation of treatment plans
- Conducting physical therapy treatments, exercises, and activities under the supervision of the Physical Therapist
- Monitoring and documenting resident progress and adjusting treatment plans as needed
- Collaborating with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care
- Maintaining a safe and clean environment for residents and staff
