As a Physical Therapist Assistant, you will work closely with our Physical Therapy team to design and implement personalized rehabilitation programs for our residents. Your responsibilities will include:

• Assisting physical therapists in the development and implementation of treatment plans
• Conducting physical therapy treatments, exercises, and activities under the supervision of the Physical Therapist
• Monitoring and documenting resident progress and adjusting treatment plans as needed
• Collaborating with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care
• Maintaining a safe and clean environment for residents and staff
