Job Description A premier hospital system in Houston, Texas is looking to add to their Desktop Field Support team. Each day, this person will work through tickets on ServiceNow and complete them accordingly. Ticket items will involve application hardware issues.
Day to Day: - Collect unused or outdated equipment from various hospital sites - Scan and enter data into spreadsheets - Pack the equipment for storage - Support the network and telecom teams with any additional tasks during downtime
Nice to Have Skills & Experience - Experience working for a large corporation or health system - Experience with the Service Now ticketing system
