We're looking for a skilled Craftsperson Painter to deliver high quality cyclical decorating across our properties - someone who cares about good workmanship, great service and doing the job right. If you're experienced, reliable and enjoy working in a role where no two days are the same, this could be the perfect fit. What you'll be doing You'll play a key part in maintaining our homes by: Completing internal and external painting and decorating to a high standard Carrying out minor pre painting repairs Keeping work areas clean, tidy and safe Reporting repairs, defects or safety concerns promptly Sourcing materials efficiently and cost effectively Working closely with colleagues to improve the service Liaising with residents to support a positive customer experience Following Health & Safety, COSHH and lone working procedures Maintaining accurate records on our systems What you'll bring ...
