Help families understand their class options and enroll in the right lessons Keep class schedules organized, accurate, and running smoothly Answer incoming calls and assist with customer questions and concerns Provide a positive, professional experience for every family Support a fun, health-focused environment for kids and parents Help improve customer retention and overall family satisfaction Work closely with instructors and team members to create a smooth customer experience What We're Looking For
