As a Quality Support Specialist, you will play a key role in ensuring food safety and quality standards are met while gaining hands-on experience and professional development in a supportive and evolving plant environment. What You Will Do
Collect, review, and validate production documentation to ensure accuracy and compliance Support continuous improvement initiatives to strengthen processes and maintain high-quality standards Conduct inspections and audits, including metal detector checks and pest control verification Train and support employees on Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs), food safety, and sanitation procedures Identify non-conformities and assist in developing corrective and preventive actions Work closely with the Quality Manager to update procedures and support new plant initiatives What You Bring
2–3 years of experience in manufacturing, preferably in the food industry, with exposure to Quality Assurance and GMPs High school diploma or GED required PCQI (Preventive Controls for Human Food) certification preferred Strong attention to detail, self-motivation, and problem-solving skills Bilingual English and Spanish is a plus What's in It for You
