Store Clerk

Job Summary:

As a Store Clerk, you will issue and sell materials to authorized customers. You will maintain an up-to-date understanding of all products offered, help maintain inventory and a stocked storefront.

Key Deliverables and Responsibility:

• Deliver excellent customer service by responding to customer questions and inquiries, processing orders.
• Perform receiving functions and assist delivery drivers as needed with loading and unloading product.
• Stock shelves and place material in the appropriate bins. Ensure stores are well organized and kept orderly.
• Monitor and record store inventory and reports agency personnel monthly.
• Ensures all appropriate documentation is completed and maintained.
• Adheres to the company's quality standards. Inspects items for quality assurance issues and escalates through the corrective action process.
