Our holistic model also extends assistance to shelter, energy, weatherization, HIV and AIDS counseling, home visits, and mobile medical/dental clinics./ppPosition Highlights:/pulli1.0 FTE (40 hours per week)/liliEMR system is EPIC/lili$22.29-$32.83/hour DOE/lili$5,000.00 Hiring/Retention Bonus Structure:/liulliAt Hire: $1,500.00/liliAt 180 days (6 months): $2,000.00/liliAt 12 months: $1,500.00/li/ulliBonus will be pro-rated based on Full Time Equivalency (FTE)/liliAdditional pay for your bilingual skills, paid on hours worked/li/ulpBenefits:/pulli100% employer-paid health insurance including medical, dental, vision, Rx, 24/7 telemedicine/liliProfit sharing 403(b) retirement plan available/liliGenerous PTO, 8 paid holidays, and much more!/li/ulpWhat Youll Do:/pulliMaintain accurate and up-to-date patient records, including medical histories, vital signs, treatments, medications, immunizations, and lab documentation in the EMR/liliPrepare for patient visits by reviewing charts, ensuring required reports and referrals are present, coordinating updates with the Provider team, and supporting daily pre-visit planning/liliPrepare exam rooms and patients for visits, ensuring equipment and supplies are ready and sanitized, explaining procedures, and responding to patient questions within scope/liliAssist Providers during exams, procedures, treatments, and minor surgeries while anticipating needs and supporting efficient, team-based care/liliCollect and process laboratory specimens, complete screenings, follow up on test results as directed, and administer medications as ordered by a physician/liliPerform other duties as assigned/li/ulpQualifications:/pulliHigh school diploma or GED/liliGraduation from a CAAHEP- or ABHES-accredited medical assistant training program, consisting of at least 720 hours of training and 160 hours of clinical externship/liliWashington State Medical Assistant Certification or Medical Assistant Interim Certification/liliCPR certification is required within 90 days of hire/liliSpanish-speaking skills are required at a level 10/liliMedical knowledge for understanding theories, reasons, and technical aspects of medicine/liliStrong people skills to handle diverse personalities, backgrounds, and situations/liliExcellent multitasking ability to manage varied workloads/liliProficient in Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, Epic, and EMR/li/ulpOur Mission Statement:/ppTogether we transform our communities through compassionate, individualized care, eliminating barriers to health and well-being./ppOur mission celebrates inclusivity.
