Service Advisor Opportunity

The Nimey Auto Group is looking for a high-level Service Advisor who can step into any of our locations - Nimey's New Generation Cars, NextGen Car Care, Matt Nimey GMC, or Den Kelly Chevrolet GMC - and perform at a high level, immediately.

This role is for someone who knows how to build trust quickly, manage a service drive under pressure, and drive revenue the right way - by educating customers and delivering a great experience, not by pushing unnecessary work.

You'll be the person we rely on when a store needs help, coverage, or a boost in performance. That means you need to be adaptable, confident, and able to read a room fast.

If you're someone who can walk into a new environment, earn trust in a day, and produce results without cutting corners, this is a serious opportunity.

What you'll do:

  • Step into different service departments and integrate quickly with each team
  • Manage the full customer experience from write-up to delivery
  • Communicate clearly with customers and technicians to keep work moving efficiently
  • Recommend services based on actual need and long-term vehicle health
  • Build trust fast - with both customers and team members
  • Maintain strong performance in both customer satisfaction and sales

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a high-performing Service Advisor
  • Strong knowledge of automotive repair and maintenance
  • Track record of both strong CSI and solid sales performance
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
  • Ability to stay organized and perform in fast-paced environments
  • Comfortable learning and working within multiple systems and processes
  • Valid driver's license required
