• Provide companionship and emotional support to clients, fostering a comforting and meaningful connection throughout the night.
• Assist with nightly activities of daily living (ADLs), such as eating, walking, dressing, grooming, and other essential self-care tasks as needed.
• Collaborate effectively with the client's care team by providing updates and promptly reporting any significant changes in health or well-being.

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Possess a High School Diploma or an equivalent qualification.
• Hold a valid driver's license with reliable transportation and proof of insurance.
• Successfully pass a background check and drug screening.
• Demonstrate a sincere commitment to improving the quality of life for seniors.
• Exhibit compassion, patience, and a deep understanding of the unique needs of older adults receiving nighttime care.
