A leading dealer group in the greater Hampton / Newport News area is seeking an experienced New Car Sales Manager to join our leadership team.
We are looking for a hands-on sales leader who can drive performance, develop a successful team, maintain strong CSI, and help maximize dealership profitability in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate will lead from the front, support and coach their team, and continue to foster a professional, high-performing sales culture.

Responsibilities:
- Lead and support the New Car Sales Department
- Motivate, train, and develop sales professionals
- Assist with desking deals and maximizing department profitability
- Monitor sales performance, goals, and daily activity
- Help maintain strong customer satisfaction and retention
- Work closely with Finance and other dealership departments
- Ensure a professional, customer-focused sales environment
- Support inventory management and merchandising efforts
- Drive dealership sales objectives and overall team success
Qualifications:
- Previous Automotive Sales Manager experience required
- Import dealership experience preferred but not required
- Proven leadership and team development abilities
- Strong desking, closing, and negotiation skills
- Track record of achieving sales and profitability goals
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Ability to lead in a fast-paced dealership environment
- Professional appearance and attitude
- Valid driver’s license required
