divh2Inside Product Support Sales Rep/h2pZiegler CAT has a full time Inside Product Support Sales Rep opening. This position will support Ziegler Power Systems in a sales support capacity, by promoting and selling Dealer services, parts products, and all-encompassing product support solutions. The goal of the Product Support Sales Team is to increase power generation equipment sales by providing our customers with unparalleled customer support and innovative solutions that set the standard for the power systems industry./ph3Responsibilities:/h3ulliEmploy a consultative selling approach to identify and manage customer expectations/liliConduct lead-generation outreach, including outbound calls and email communication with prospective, established or prior customers, to support pipeline growth and new business development/liliPrepare, present and sell: Customer Value Agreements, (CVAs), Extended Warranty Contracts (ESC), and repair estimates to assigned Power Systems customers in a timely manner/liliRecord customer activity in Customer Relationship Management (CRM) tool including phone calls, emails and in-person customer visits. In addition, use CRM to track sales opportunities and progress opportunities through the sales funnel - wins, losses and no deals/liliUtilize CRM to enter new and maintain current customer contact information and equipment inventory/liliCommunicate regularly with Sales, Rental, Parts, Service and Credit Departments personnel to ensure customer satisfaction/liliAnswer customer questions regarding parts, service products, pricing and credit terms/liliMaintain excellent customer relations - intervening to help solve problems and resolve customer disputes/liliWork closely with Service Support Specialist and Field Service Dispatcher teams to not only meet but exceed customer communication expectations in maximizing customer uptime/liliAttend customer meetings, conferences and industry sponsored events. When appropriate prepare and present relevant Ziegler Power Systems product support solutions using Microsoft PowerPoint/liliAssist Product Support Sales Manager with any and all duties assigned to the Product Support team/li/ulh3Qualifications:/h3ulli2 or 4 year degree is preferred; HS diploma/GED required/lili2+ years of related customer support and/or sales experience/liliStrong customer service skills/liliResults-oriented and self-starter/liliStrong mechanical aptitude/liliExcellent communication skills
