Crystal Lake Dental Associates, like each Heartland Dental supported office, is unique to the community and the patients they serve.

• Join a 12 person team that thrives on collaboration, communication and community
• Located on Memorial Drive in front of the Crystal Lake Post Office.

Working Schedule: Monday through Friday 8 hrs per day possible

• Working knowledge of dental procedures and terminology Experience working in a patient- or customer-centered environment
• If required under the state dental practice act, dental assistant certification and/or x-ray certification Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Completion of Tuberculosis (TB) testing prior to starting employment

• Dentrix or other dental software experience
• Dental assisting school certification
