If unable to perform a certain task, report to the primary nurse./liliFollow specific written instructions for personal care prepared by a registered nurse in accordance with the plan of care. Written instructions are to be received prior to the delivery of services./liliAssists patients with prescribed exercises as instructed by nurse or therapist./liliPerforms and records simple urine tests for sugar, acetone, and albumin./liliOther duties as assigned./li/ulpQualifications/pulliHigh school diploma or equivalent./liliCurrent state certification (or registration) as a nurse assistant (CNA) as per state certification/registration requirements REQUIRED./liliCNA experience within the last two years preferred./liliCurrent CPR certification./liliValid drivers license, reliable transportation and liability insurance./li/ulpReady to take the next step?
