We are seeking a full-time Pediatric Dentist to join our team at Nemours Children s Hospital, Delaware. This role involves providing comprehensive dental care for pediatric patients in both outpatient and inpatient settings, mentoring residents, and contributing to academic and research initiatives. The successful candidate will be committed to excellence in evidence-based care and collaborative practice.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver high-quality pediatric dental care, including outpatient, inpatient, operating room, and emergency department on-call services.
  • Provide clinical and didactic instruction to pediatric dentistry residents.
  • Support dental outreach, research, and scholarly activities within the Division of Dentistry.

Qualifications
  • Graduation from a CODA-accredited residency program in Pediatric Dentistry.
  • Board-certified or board-eligible by the American Board of Pediatric Dentistry, or intent to complete board certification within 3 years of employment.
  • Eligible for an academic license in the State of Delaware.
  • Preference for candidates with hospital training, at least 1 year of pediatric dentistry practice at the time of employment start, and experience treating children with medical complexity.

Nemours Children s Hospital, Delaware, a 220-bed facility located in Wilmington, serves as a Level IV NICU and the only Pediatric Level 1 Trauma Center in the state. For more than 80 years, its world-renowned care, education and research capabilities have healed hundreds of thousands of children and provided training for thousands of pediatric specialists across the U.S.
