The Atlas Portfolio is on a mission to help people out of bad situations with the best possible outcome, and we're looking for the closer who wants to be part of that.
This isn't a role for someone who punches a clock and waits to be told what to do. It's for an A-player who takes ownership, operates with urgency, and closes deals with both conviction and compassion. You'll be working directly with motivated sellers across Colorado, structuring win-win acquisitions, and building the kind of income that reflects your effort, not someone else's ceiling.

$115,000 - $200,000 on target earnings
Responsibilities:
Be the industry leader in Real Estate acquisitions — stay ahead of the curve on market trends and recognize attractive deals and opportunities Recognize motivation and assemble offers that speak directly to clients' needs — present solutions that are too good to say no to Qualify prospective customers quickly by fact-finding to identify decision-makers, pain points, competition, budget, timeline, and other potential obstacles Surpass goals for monthly revenue expectations and lead or sales-generating activities Show our solution to prospects with sales presentations, negotiate deals, and obtain sales contract signatures Leverage social prospecting and multiple communication channels to find, meet with, and follow up with potential customers and deal opportunities
Qualifications:
Excellent people skills Excellent sales and negotiation skills Excellent problem solving skills Strong written and verbal communication skills Excellent organizational and time-management abilities Calm under pressure Computer skills 1–3 years of industry and sales experience Real estate experience is a plus
