Head of Projects Our client is an exciting growing business seeking a head of projects and programme management to join their business. Long term project opportunity. Salary: €120K The Role: The Head of Operational Excellence will come with strategic, operations, stakeholder management and data-driven experience to improve performance. Working with varied stakeholders, identify operational challenges, implement improvement programmes and scale successful initiatives. Develop and deliver strategies and operational plans aligned with organisational and regulatory goals Analyse performance data to identify trends, gaps and improvement opportunities Lead initiatives to overall operational efficiency Oversee pilot programmes, projects, budgets, governance and partner delivery Establish KPIs, reporting frameworks and performance standards Make Improvements through operational enhancements and stakeholder collaboration Lead and develop a high-performing team focused on continuous improvement and delivery excellence The Candidate: Excellent relevant qualifications Strategic, results-driven leader with strong operational and analytical capability Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills Customer-focused with experience improving service delivery and operational performance Comfortable managing multiple priorities in fast-paced environments Proven senior level experience in programme management, operational transformation or large-scale consumer/service operations Ideally have experience in FMCG, retail, sustainability, logistics or infrastructure industry Excellent experience managing teams Please send your CV to Carol at Executive Edge Skills: Head of Operational Excellence Senior Programme Leadership People management Strong Stakeholder experience Risk Management Strategic and Commercial expert Benefits: Salary €120K
