Director of Brand Communications Dublin City Centre | Permanent €125,000€130,000 DOE + Excellent Benefits A leading international financial organisation is seeking an experienced Director of Brand Communications to lead enterprise-wide brand strategy across more than 20 markets. This senior leadership role will oversee brand positioning, narrative development, governance, sponsorship strategy, and brand consistency across a growing multinational platform, including M&A integration activity. Key Responsibilities Lead global brand positioning and enterprise narrative Develop messaging frameworks across all markets and channels Oversee brand architecture, governance, and visual identity Support brand integration through M&A activity Manage sponsorships and strategic events as commercial investments Partner with Communications teams on earned media and reputation management Lead employer brand and recruitment marketing initiatives Use market insights and perception data to inform strategy Ensure a consistent brand experience across international markets Skills & Experience 12+ years in senior brand leadership roles Proven experience leading large-scale brand repositioning Strong expertise in brand architecture and governance Excellent editorial and strategic communication skills Experience operating across international and matrixed environments Commercially focused with strong stakeholder management capabilities This is an outstanding opportunity to shape and lead the global brand strategy of a dynamic international organisation from its Dublin City Centre base.
