About Your New Employer Established engineering and maintenance business operating within the water and wastewater sector across Ireland Strong pipeline of Irish utilities and treatment plant projects offering long-term stability Opportunity to join a growing team with a strong focus on safety, technical standards, and career progression About Your New Job As the Mechanical Maintenance Fitter / Supervisor, you will be supporting maintenance and installation works across water and wastewater treatment plants. You will be: Carrying out mechanical maintenance, repairs, upgrades, and installation works on pumps, motors, gearboxes, valves, and pipework systems Supporting preventative and reactive maintenance activities across treatment plant environments Supervising and mentoring team members while ensuring Health & Safety and HSQE standards are maintained on-site Completing inspections, fault-finding, refurbishment works, and customer support activities when required This is a hands-on role with strong involvement across both maintenance and supervisory responsibilities. What Skills You Need To apply, you will need: Trade qualification as a Mechanical Fitter or equivalent Experience within water / wastewater or utilities environments Strong experience working on pumps, pumping systems, motors, and gearboxes Ability to work independently and make decisions on-site Full driving licence Supervisory or team leadership experience would be a strong advantage Whats on Offer €50,000 €65,000 salary depending on experience Company vehicle, phone, and laptop Company pension Monday to Friday role with overtime opportunities available Permanent long-term opportunity with progression potential Skills: maintenance management M&E maintenance diagnostics predictive maintenance reliability engineering wastewater Pump Maintenance Benefits: Mobile phone Paid Holidays Pension Company car Laptop See Description Travel Allowance
