Commercial Contracts Manager - Technical Infrastructure Projects Location: Dublin or Tipperary / (Europearn travel as required) Sector: ICT Infrastructure / Technical Services Type: Permanent, Full-Time A growing technical services provider is seeking an experienced Contracts Manager to oversee the successful delivery of multiple infrastructure projects across Ireland and Europe. This role is central to ensuring projects are executed safely, efficiently and in line with commercial and contractual expectations. You will act as a key point of coordination between project teams, clients, commercial functions and senior leadership, ensuring operational consistency and high-quality delivery across all assigned works. Role Overview The Contracts Manager will take responsibility for the full project lifecycle, from pre-start planning through to completion and handover. This includes managing contractual obligations, supporting commercial activities, coordinating resources and maintaining strong communication with internal and external stakeholders. The position requires a proactive leader who can balance operational demands with strategic oversight, ensuring projects remain on schedule, within scope and financially controlled. Key Responsibilities Monitor industry activity to identify potential opportunities and support business growth. Work closely with commercial and business development teams during tender and award stages. Contribute to contract discussions and ensure obligations are clearly defined and understood. Oversee project execution, ensuring delivery meets safety, quality, programme and budget expectations. Coordinate labour, materials, subcontractors and scheduling across multiple project locations. Track project performance, progress, financials and compliance metrics. Lead regular progress meetings with clients, site teams and internal stakeholders. Manage variations, contractual queries and dispute resolution where required. Ensure all works adhere to regulatory standards, quality procedures and health & safety requirements. Provide leadership, guidance, and support to project and site teams. Maintain accurate reporting on risks, progress and commercial status. Build and maintain strong client relationships through consistent communication and reliable delivery. Identify operational challenges and implement improvements to enhance project performance. Work closely with senior management to ensure alignment with organisational objectives. Requirements Degree-qualified in engineering, construction management, business or a related discipline. Proven experience in a contracts management or senior project delivery role. Strong understanding of contract structures, obligations and project governance. Skilled negotiator with excellent stakeholder management abilities. High attention to detail with strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Confident communicator with the ability to influence across teams and client organisations. Experience coordinating complex, multi-site projects. Highly organised, accurate and capable of managing competing priorities. Willing and able to travel within Europe as required. Flexible approach to working hours to meet project demands.
