Home Health Speech Language Pathologist

CenterWell Home Health seeks a Home Health Speech Language Pathologist to deliver compassionate, in-home assessment and therapy services. You will evaluate communication and swallowing disorders, create evidence-based care plans, and provide patient and caregiver education to enhance safety and independence.
