Details and requirements for this opportunity: Schedule: 7 on, 7 off; 8a-5p Practice Setting: Inpatient - Hospital based only Scope: All ages Credentialing Timeframe: 60+ days State Licensure: Active Colorado license or Interstate Medical Licensure Compact (IMLC) in hand Requirements: Board Certification and Addiction Medicine Board Certification preferred with 3-5 years of experience
