Your Role as a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA)
- Assist residents with activities of daily living (bathing, dressing, grooming, feeding, mobility, etc.).
- Monitor vital signs and report any changes to nursing staff.
- Maintain detailed and accurate documentation of resident care and observations.
- Provide companionship and encourage social engagement among residents.
- Support nursing staff in delivering quality, individualized care plans.
- Uphold safety standards and infection control procedures at all times.
- Promote a positive, respectful environment that aligns with our core values of empathy, integrity, and excellence.
Your compassion and attentiveness will help create a safe, nurturing, and home-like environment for our residents.
Qualifications
- Active CNA certification in the state of Mississippi.
- Prior experience in long-term care or rehabilitation preferred, but not required.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Empathy, patience, and a genuine passion for helping others.
- Attention to detail and reliability in care delivery.
- Physical ability to assist with resident mobility and daily activities.
- A team-oriented mindset and commitment to high-quality care.
