We are looking for a motivated Junior Sales & Business Development Executive to support our sales team by identifying potential clients, assisting with sales activities, and helping to develop new business opportunities. This is an ideal opportunity for someone early in their sales career who is eager to learn and grow in a fast-paced commercial environment. What you'll do:Assist in identifying new business opportunities across target marketsSupport senior sales colleagues in managing existing client relationshipsResearch prospective clients, decision makers, and contactsHelp prepare weekly and monthly sales updates (including pipeline activity) using CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce)Assist in preparing client presentations and sales materialsAttend sales meetings, client calls, and internal briefings to gain end-to-end sales experienceSupport marketing and promotional activities, including events, trade fairs, and online campaignsCollaborate with the Operations and Commercial teams to help identify upsell and cross-sell opportunitiesConduct basic competitor and market researchContribute to proposals and bid documentation with guidance from senior team membersHelp maintain accurate CRM records, ensuring all leads, contacts, and opportunities are up to date You will be rewarded and recognized for your performance in an environment that will challenge you and give you clear direction on what it takes to succeed in your role, as well as providing development for other roles you may be interested in.What you will bring:If you don't meet every single requirement, don't let that hold you back - we're just as excited about potential as we are about qualifications and experience, and you could be exactly who we're looking for.Degree or diploma (business, marketing, sales, or related fields)Demonstrated fundamental understanding of basic sales principles (training will be provided)Possesses a solid interest in pursuing a career in sales or business developmentDemonstrated solid communication and interpersonal skills; confident speaking with clientsDemonstrated good organisational and time management skills; able to prioritise and meet deadlinesProven ability to have a positive, proactive attitude with a "can-do" approachProven ability be team-oriented and collaborativeDemonstrated willingness to learn sales techniques, CRM systems, and industry knowledgeDemonstrated proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)Proven salesforce (or similar CRM) experienceFluent in EnglishOutcome focus: Works toward agreed goals and is open to guidance and coachingAdaptability: Open to learning new systems, processes, and approachesInitiative: Shows enthusiasm, contributes ideas, and takes action where appropriatePresentation skills: Comfortable presenting information with guidance and practicePressure tolerance: Remains calm and focused during busy periods or tight deadlines What We Offer:Opportunities for professional development
