Electrical Pre-Construction Lead Ireland | Permanent | Building Services / M&E A leading international engineering contractor is currently seeking an experienced Electrical Pre-Construction Lead to join their growing team delivering major projects across Ireland and Europe. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced electrical professional to work on large-scale Data Centre, Pharmaceutical, Industrial, and Commercial developments within a fast-paced and technically advanced environment. The Role Lead electrical pre-construction activities from tender enquiry through to project handover Coordinate bid submissions, design development, and technical reviews Work closely with estimators, engineers, planners, and senior management teams Identify project risks, procurement challenges, and value engineering opportunities Support client presentations, tender interviews, and contractor engagement Requirements 10+ years' experience within Electrical Building Services or M&E contracting Previous experience within Pre-Construction, Estimating, or Bid Management Strong understanding of electrical systems and technical project delivery Experience working on Data Centre, Pharmaceutical, Industrial, or Commercial projects Relevant qualification in Electrical Engineering, Building Services, or similar What's On Offer Competitive salary and benefits package Long-term career progression opportunities Exposure to large-scale international projects Strong pipeline of secured work Supportive and collaborative working environment Apply For a confidential discussion regarding this opportunity, please apply with your updated CV today.
