Due to continued growth, we are looking to hire an ambitious Finance Recruitment Consultant to join our expanding team. The Role As a Finance Recruitment Consultant, you will manage the full recruitment lifecycle, partnering with clients across industry to support their hiring needs while sourcing and placing top finance talent. This role offers exposure to a wide variety of positions such as Financial Accountants, Management Accountants, FP&A professionals, Finance Managers, and Senior Finance leadership roles. Key Responsibilities Manage end-to-end recruitment processes across a wide range of finance roles. Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and candidates across multiple industries. Source, engage, and assess high-quality finance professionals. Conduct interviews and provide consultative advice to both clients and candidates. Manage job offers, salary negotiations, and onboarding processes. Build and grow your own desk within the finance market. Provide market insights, salary benchmarking, and hiring trends to clients. Requirements Prior experience working in a sales based role desirable. Graduate with a Degree in business, accounting, finance or HR. Strong communication and relationship-building skills. Commercial mindset with a drive to achieve targets. Highly organised with the ability to manage multiple roles and clients. Self-motivated with a proactive approach to business development.
