Licensed Nursing Assistant (LNA)

Location: North Conway, New Hampshire Pay: $26.10- $27.48 per hour Shift Options: 12-hour shifts available Assignment Type: Travel Assignment Job Description: Nightingale's List is seeking compassionate and dedicated Licensed Nursing Assistants (LNAs) to join our team. You will be providing high-quality care in a rehab/nursing home setting, assisting residents with daily activities and ensuring their comfort and safety. Key Responsibilities: Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs), including bathing, dressing, grooming, and feeding. Take and record vital signs (temperature, blood pressure, pulse, and respiration). Assist with mobility, including turning, repositioning, and transferring residents. Observe and report changes in the resident's condition to the nursing staff. Maintain a clean and safe environment for residents, following infection control guidelines. Support residents with restorative care plans to promote independence. Assist in transporting residents within the facility for appointments or recreational activities. Provide emotional support and companionship to residents. Requirements: Must have an active LNA license in the state of New Hampshire. Minimum of 6 months of CNA experience in a rehab/nursing home setting. CPR and First Aid certifications are preferred. Strong communication skills and the ability to work well as part of a team.
