We are seeking an experienced Outside Sales Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will be a proactive, results-driven professional with a passion for architectural products. This role involves building and nurturing relationships with commercial clients, presenting our products, and driving sales growth. Responsibilities: Prospect and develop relationships with top architects, designers, and developers. Conduct presentations, including AIA continuing education sessions, to showcase our products. Independently create and execute sales strategies to meet revenue targets. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless project execution. Travel as needed to meet clients and attend industry events. Embrace a hybrid approach, allowing for virtual meetings when appropriate. Qualifications: Multiple years in an outside sales role, preferably in architectural or construction-related industries. Strong communication and presentation skills. Self-motivated and able to work independently. Familiarity with architectural products and working directly with architects. Proficient in virtual meeting tools. Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, etc...) Bachelor's degree preferred. Compensation: Competitive base salary + commission + benefits package.
