Business Development Associate I- Renovations

DeLeers Construction is looking to expand our sales team. As a design-build general contractor, DeLeers specializes in commercial properties and high-end residential homes.

Ideal candidates will have previous experience as a project manager and sales experience in remodel construction services. Previous hands-on experience in the trades (ex. carpenter) is preferred but not necessary. This role requires someone with the drive to seek out new business (hunter mentality) and the ability to foster a positive relationship with customers through a longer sales process that can take several months or more.
