LSC have a great contract opportunity for a Project Readiness Lead to join a Limerick based Biotech Drug Substance Manufacturing Facility. This is an exciting opportunity to work with next-gen manufacturing technologies, advanced data collection and analysis platforms that will result in safety and quality improvements, increased productivity, and variability reduction. If you have at least 5 years of relevant experience in a cGMP environment and ready for your next challenge, this could be the perfect project for you! ABOUT THE PROJECT - KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: With input from all cross functional stakeholders, identify all the relevant pre manufacturing program elements necessary to be in place to support overall facility operational readiness Work with the project team and site functional representatives to develop an integrated start up plan reflective of key linkages, interdependencies, durations, resource requirements etc. Be a key interface point between the project and end users to ensure the right priorities are communicated & understood across multiple stakeholders Leading a cross functional team, creating and implementing an integrated plan. Partnering with relevant stakeholders to ensure clear scope alignment and resulting goals and timelines for the project are met. Facilitate decision making within the team under tight deadlines. ABOUT YOU - ARE YOUR SKILLS A MATCH? Relevant Third Level Qualification (Hons Degree minimum), preferably in a Scientific or Engineering field. >5 years relevant industry experience in high paced working environments.
