The ideal candidate will have knowledge or experience building and executing outbound campaigns to multiple stakeholders within their targeted account list or territory. You do this without micromanaging, empowering your team while actively engaging in important details./p/lilipBusiness problem solver: Youre not just a functional expert; you consistently get praise for approaching your function through the lens of solving business problems./p/li/ulh2Responsibilities/h2ullipPartnering with Sales Executives to identify new opportunities within targeted accounts./p/lilipBuilding and managing comprehensive stakeholder maps by function and influence./p/lilipProducing, delivering, and iterating prospecting strategies with marketing campaigns, email, social media, cold calling, and qualification conversations./p/lilipCreating, scheduling, and managing attendance of qualified meetings for AEs./p/lilipAssisting and supporting Andelas marketing campaigns./p/lilipResponsible for appropriate follow up, qualification and responsiveness to assigned inbound inquiries./p/lilipAchieving and exceeding weekly/monthly/and quarterly targets (new opportunities generated, meetings held, attributions to revenue closed won)./p/lilipActively participating and contributing to Sales Team related standups and meetings./p/li/ulh2Qualifications/h2ullip2+ years of work experience - can include internships during school./p/lilipDesire to pursue a career in sales./p/lilipStrong organizational and prioritization skills, while handling multiple stakeholders and sales activities./p/lilipStrong written and verbal communication skills./p/lilipCoordinate and execute prospecting strategies and activities with assigned AEs./p/lilipExperience working and mastering a premium sales stack: Salesforce, Outreach, Nooks, LinkedIn Sales Navigator and more.../p/lilipYou have a strong desire to WIN and get to the Yes in every account you touch./p/lilipConstantly looking for creative ways to improve sales outcomes and processes you engage with on a daily basis./p/lilipDriven self-starter and your colleagues think of you as a strong Team Player./p/lilipBasic to experienced knowledge of digital roles and functions by skill set./p/lilipYou thrive at a high paced company and love high velocity sales cultures./p/lilipInterest/experience with fully remote working./p/lilipLive Andelas EPIC Values professionalism and integrity are a must!/p/li/ulpThis role is fully remote with preferred home base and working hours within North America/pp#LI-Remote #LI-NR1/p/div
