Project Manager Restoration & Conservation Dublin & Surrounding Areas €80k€90k + Vehicle + Package Required for Tier-2 contractor undertaking Restoration & Conservation projects ranging from €5-10m across Dublin & Leinster. Typical projects include refurbishment/restoration of listed buildings, public buildings, Castles, Libraries, Museums, protected structures. Key Responsibilities Project Delivery Lead end-to-end delivery of conservation/restoration construction projects. Develop project execution plans, schedules, and delivery programmes. Coordinate contractors, consultants, ecologists, engineers, and stakeholders. Monitor progress against milestones and contractual deliverables. Ensure works are delivered safely, efficiently, and to specification. Construction Management Oversee site activities and contractor performance. Manage construction quality assurance and inspections. Ensure compliance with: Building regulations Planning permissions Environmental legislation Health & safety standards Coordinate site logistics, permits, and access requirements.
