Key requirements: Must have experience in staffing / contract labor industry or B2B sales experience Ability to generate new business through cold calling, networking, and client visits Build and maintain strong client relationships to drive repeat business Develop and execute a sales plan to exceed revenue targets Conduct formal sales presentations and follow-ups with prospective clients Use a consultative sales approach to overcome objections and close deals Collaborate with operations to develop pricing, quotes, and bids Track all sales activity in CRM systems (Salesforce or similar) Stay informed on market trends, competitors, and pricing Travel locally and work both in the field and in-office Base salary + uncapped commission Per diem/ expense reimbursement on travel days Shifts: Monday-Friday 40 hours weekly Some travel required as needed Duration: Direct hire
