Airport Marina Ford is seeking an experienced and customer-focused Automotive Service Advisor / Service Consultant to join our high-performing service department. This role is ideal for a professional who thrives in a fast-paced dealership environment and is passionate about delivering an exceptional customer experience.
As a Service Advisor, you are the primary point of contact in the service drive. You will greet customers, write repair orders, recommend maintenance, coordinate technician workflow, and ensure every guest receives prompt, professional service from start to finish.
Previous Ford Service Advisor experience is strongly preferred.

- Listen carefully to vehicle concerns and document symptoms clearly
- Explain recommended maintenance and repair services
- Manage the daily flow of the service lane to ensure efficiency and customer satisfaction
- Schedule appointments and coordinate technician workflow
- Distribute repair orders effectively to maximize productivity and billed hours
- Maintain consistent communication with customers regarding repair status and completion times
- Provide concierge-level service for all phone and in-person inquiries
- Ensure technician time is fully utilized and daily production goals are met
- Review completed repairs and explain invoices to customers
- Minimum 2+ years of Ford Service Advisor experience strongly preferred
- Previous Automotive Service Advisor or Service Consultant experience required
- Strong understanding of repair orders, warranty procedures, and technician scheduling
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Proven ability to manage workflow and multitask in a high-volume service department
- Professional appearance and demeanor
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Clean driving record
- Willingness to complete pre-employment background check and drug screening
