Certifications Required: BLS MN CNA License required at time of submission. NO CLINICAL INVOLVEMENT MUST HAVE 2+ YEARS OF EXPERIENCE IN MINNESOTA NURSING HOMES PCC (POINT CLICK CARE) EXPERIENCE IS REQUIRED

Number of Beds/Residents: 40

EMR: PointClickCare

Ratios: RNs: Days: 1:20, Nights: 1:40, CNAs: 1:10

Common diagnosis / Types of patients: CHF, COPD, Alzheimers, Parkinsons, Diabetes

Are there IVs or titratable drips?: Minimal IV meds

DON/Charge Nurse/House Supervisor: Charge Nurse

Shifts & Scheduling (Do you allow self-scheduling? Block scheduling?): 8 or 12hr shifts - 6a-6:30p, 6p-6:30a, 6a-2:30p, 2p-10:30p, 10p-6:30a // cycle scheduling

Weekend Requirements: Every other weekend

Holiday Requirements: Every other holiday

Scrub Color: Any color or pattern scrubs

How many shifts of unit/department specific orientation?: 2-4 days
