Your adventure begins with an intensive 2-week bootcamp, followed by a 90-day residency where you'll put your training into action within a professional setting alongside one of our valued partner companies. Key responsibilities include: Immerse yourself in a comprehensive 2-week bootcamp to master essential SDR skills. Engage in a 90-day residency with an employer partner, actively performing daily SDR tasks. Drive outbound prospecting and cold calling efforts to spark new business opportunities. Follow up on inbound leads and cultivate meaningful relationships with potential customers. Leverage industry-standard SDR tools including CRM systems, sales engagement platforms, and prospecting tools. Communicate clearly and effectively with customers and internal teams, both verbally and in writing. Demonstrate resilience and adaptability in a dynamic sales environment. Collaborate with team members and embrace feedback to continuously improve performance.
