In this individual contributor role, you will be responsible for generating sales by providing exceptional customer service and promoting the products and services offered by Ghent Motor Company. As an Automotive Sales Consultant, you will have the opportunity to develop your skills and grow your career while earning a competitive salary and commissions. Compensation & Benefits: This is a full-time position with potential earnings of $4,000 to $20,000 per month, monthly. This position offers commission opportunities based on sales performance. Greet and engage with customers in a friendly and professional manner Understand and effectively communicate the features and benefits of vehicles Assess the needs of customers and recommend appropriate vehicles Conduct test drives and provide product demonstrations Negotiate and finalize sales contracts while maintaining customer satisfaction Use various sales techniques to meet and exceed sales goals Develop and maintain relationships with customers to promote repeat business and referral opportunities Stay updated on industry trends and product knowledge Collaborate with the sales team and management to achieve company objectives Maintain a clean and organized work environment Requirements
High school diploma or equivalent required; some college preferred. Two years of sales experience, preferably in the automotive industry. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong customer service skills and a friendly demeanor. Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment. Proficient in Microsoft Office and basic computer skills.
