MondayFriday, 8:00am5:00pm $70,000$75,000 DOE We are seeking an Inbound Sales Representative to manage inbound leads, build customer relationships, and guide prospects through the sales process. This role focuses on delivering excellent customer service, qualifying leads, and helping drive company growth. Responsibilities:
Respond to inbound calls, emails, and customer inquiries Qualify leads and recommend appropriate products/services Provide product information and support throughout the sales process Maintain follow-up communication and close sales opportunities Update CRM records and track customer interactions Manage purchase orders, work orders, and project updates Handle customer concerns professionally and provide resolutions Support trade shows, customer events, and guided tours as needed Work closely with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction Requirements:
1+ year of customer service, sales, call center, or related experience Strong communication and relationship-building skills Comfortable using CRM systems and sales software Excellent organization, multitasking, and time management skills Ability to work independently and in a team environment Positive, professional, and customer-focused attitude Associate degree preferred or equivalent experience Interest or experience in 3D printing/additive manufacturing is a plus Ability to travel up to 5% as needed
